LookPrime™ is for anyone aged 18 and over who wants to invest in how they present themselves. Whether you're just starting a self-improvement journey or already optimising your appearance, LookPrime meets you where you are.
Yes — LookPrime™ is free to download and includes 3 free scans every month. That's enough to get your FaceScore™, see your dimension breakdown, and start tracking your progress. A premium plan is also available for users who want unlimited scans and access to additional features.
Yes. LookPrime™ is available on both iOS (iPhone) and Android. Search for "LookPrime" in the App Store or Google Play Store.
No. LookPrime™ is a self-improvement and wellness platform — not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or health assessment platform. All analysis is based solely on visible image presentation and is intended for motivational and personal wellness purposes only.

FaceScore™
You submit up to two photos — a front-facing photo and a side profile photo. Our AI engine analyses your visible presentation across six key categories and returns a personalised FaceScore™ along with a full breakdown, trait observations, and improvement recommendations — all within seconds.
The AI evaluates six dimensions of visible presentation:
Overall — your general visible presentation score
Skin Quality — texture, tone consistency, and freshness
Potential — estimated improvement achievable through consistent habits
The AI only evaluates what is visibly observable in your photos. It does not assess genetics, hormones, health conditions, or anything beyond visible image presentation.
In addition to scores, LookPrime™ identifies six visible traits from your photos:
Face Shape — Oval, Rectangle, Round, Square, Diamond, or Heart
Canthal Tilt — Positive, Neutral, or Negative
Eye Shape — Almond, Round, Hooded, or Monolid
Nose Type — Straight, Rounded, Defined, or Soft
Lip Type — Full, Balanced, or Thin
Jawline — Defined, Moderate, or Soft
Most users score between 5.7 and 6.5. Scores are labelled as follows:
4.8 – 5.5 → Developing
5.5 – 6.3 → Balanced
6.3 – 7.0 → Strong
7.0 – 7.8 → High
7.8+ → Elite
Scores above 7.5 are rare. The scale is designed to be honest but encouraging — it reflects visible presentation, not your worth as a person.
Every scan includes:

5 weekly habits — personalised to your results (e.g. Hydration, Sleep, Skincare, Grooming, Strength)
Improvement actions — specific, practical steps for each scoring category
Strengths & opportunities — what's already working and what to focus on next
LookPrime™ never recommends surgery, fillers, Botox, medication, or any cosmetic procedure.
The free plan includes 3 scans every month. Scans reset at the start of each calendar month. For unlimited scans, upgrade to the premium plan.
Your FaceScore™ reflects your visible presentation at the time of the scan. Factors like lighting, photo angle, sleep quality, hydration, and grooming can all affect your score. For the most consistent results, scan in good natural light, with a neutral expression, using the same setup each time.
Privacy & Data
Your photos are transmitted securely to our AI analysis servers over an encrypted connection. Once your FaceScore™ results are generated — typically within seconds — your photos are deleted from our servers. We do not store your photos unless you explicitly save them within the app.
Your photos are never: sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI models without your explicit separate consent.
No. LookPrime™ does not perform facial recognition or biometric identification. The AI analyses your photos for visible presentation cues only — such as skin texture, grooming, and facial structure — and does not create or store a biometric template of your face.
We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the service:
Account data (name, email) if you create an account
FaceScore™ results and scan history
PrimeCoach™ conversation history
Anonymous usage and crash data to improve the app
Payment status (we never store card details)
We do not collect your GPS location, contacts, microphone, or calendar. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
No. We do not sell your personal data to any third party, ever. Your data is used solely to provide and improve the LookPrime™ service.
LookPrime™ requests the following permissions:
Camera — to capture your front and side profile photos for analysis
Photo Library — to upload existing photos from your device
Push Notifications — optional, for habit reminders and coaching nudges
Internet — to send photos to our analysis servers and receive results
All permissions can be managed in your device settings at any time. Revoking optional permissions (like notifications) won't affect core functionality.
Account
You can delete your account directly from within the app:
Open LookPrime™
Go to Settings
Tap Delete Account
Confirm the deletion
What gets deleted: Your account, FaceScore™ history, PrimeCoach™ conversations, and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. This action cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately via your App Store or Google Play account before deleting.
Alternatively, you can email support@lookprime.ai and we will process your deletion request within 5 business days.
Subscriptions are managed through your App Store or Google Play account — not through LookPrime directly. To cancel:
iPhone: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → LookPrime → Cancel
Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → LookPrime → Cancel
Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Yes. You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. Contact us at support@lookprime.ai with the subject line "Data Request" and we will respond within 30 days.
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive. If you're still having trouble, contact support@lookprime.ai.
No. LookPrime™ is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from or provide services to anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us at support@lookprime.ai.
PrimeCoach™
PrimeCoach™ is your personal AI wellness coach inside LookPrime™. After your FaceScore™ scan, PrimeCoach™ uses your results to have a personalised conversation with you — answering questions about skincare routines, sleep, hydration, grooming habits, and general wellness optimisation, all tailored to your specific profile.
No. PrimeCoach™ is powered by AI. It's designed to feel like a knowledgeable, encouraging personal coach — but it is not a human, therapist, or medical professional. Its advice is for general wellness guidance only.
Yes. PrimeCoach™ retains your conversation history for the duration of your account so it can provide continuity and build on previous coaching sessions. This data is stored securely and deleted within 30 days if you delete your account.
No. PrimeCoach™ is a general wellness coaching tool and does not provide medical, psychological, or clinical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your health, diet, or exercise routine.
