By accessing or using LookPrime™, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App.
If you are using the App on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
LookPrime™ is a self-improvement and wellness platform. The App uses AI-powered image analysis to provide users with visible presentation feedback across categories including skin quality, grooming, hair presentation, and facial structure.
LookPrime™ is NOT:
All analysis provided by LookPrime™ is based solely on visible image cues and is intended for self-improvement and motivational purposes only.
The FaceScore™ Analysis Engine evaluates user-submitted photographs to generate presentation scores, trait observations, and wellness habit recommendations. By submitting photos to the App, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
LookPrime™ includes PrimeCoach™, an AI-powered wellness coaching feature that provides personalised habit-building guidance based on your FaceScore™ results. By using PrimeCoach™, you acknowledge:
The App requests access to your device camera and photo library solely for the purpose of capturing or uploading the photos required for FaceScore™ analysis. You may revoke camera or photo library access at any time through your device settings, though this will prevent use of the analysis features.

You must only submit photos of yourself. By submitting a photo, you confirm that you are the subject of the photo (or have obtained explicit written consent from the subject), the photo does not depict minors, and you own or have the rights to submit it.
LookPrime™ may request access to the following device features to deliver its services:
All permissions are requested at the point of need and can be managed through your device settings. Denying optional permissions will not prevent core functionality.
In addition to photo data described above, we may collect account data (name, email, password), usage data (feature interactions, FaceScore™ history, PrimeCoach™ conversations, crash reports), and device data (device type, OS version, anonymous device ID, general region).
We do not collect precise GPS location, contacts, microphone access, or any device feature not listed in Section 6.

LookPrime™ may offer free and premium subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
To cancel your subscription, use the subscription management tools in your App Store account. Contacting LookPrime™ support does not cancel your subscription.
You agree not to use the App to:
LookPrime™ is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from or provide services to persons under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account and delete associated data.

All content, features, functionality, branding, and technology within the App — including FaceScore™, PrimeCoach™, scoring algorithms, and visual design — are owned by LookPrime AI Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
You retain ownership of photos you submit. By submitting photos, you grant LookPrime a limited licence to process those photos solely to provide the analysis service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or £100 (GBP), whichever is greater.
We designed LookPrime™ to be encouraging and constructive. However, we recognise that appearance-related feedback can affect mental wellbeing. We ask that you:
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a crisis helpline in your country. The App is not a substitute for mental health support.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally before initiating legal proceedings.
